The Fairfield Board of Education has developed the following Board Goals for 2025-2026 :

• Strengthen partnerships with parents and the broader community, while ensuring clear, timely communication.
• Manage district resources wisely to support district goals, and ensure transparency in budget planning and spending. 
• Participate in professional development to improve best practices in school board governance.
